“Every day we PING many times and in many ways – whether we are meeting a new person, performing in front of an audience, or talking on the phone, communication is an essential part of life. But PINGING can be hard. What about the PONG that comes back? Does it make you feel good or bad? “

The ping-pong metaphor used by Ani Castillo to illustrate communication is absolutely great. My son, four years old, immediately understood the ping-pong effect. He understood that we can control our “pings”, but that the “pong” belongs to someone else. And that if we put out better “pings”, better will the “pongs” be. After reading this book only once, he even pointed out, after telling me that my outfit was nice, that he had just said a good “ping”. WOW!

Complete with adorable illustrations, Ping will strike a chord both with little ones and adults.
